// I’m devastated hearing the news of the earthquake in Haiti that has seriously affected thousands of people. We got this mail from our friend at PTRMusic and we really want you to read it!
// You can also text “HAITI” to 90999 to easily donate $10.00 to help the victims of the earthquake. The money goes to the Red Cross and is charged directly to your cell phone bill.
Lars Bo Jandrup, live and work in Copenhagen, Denmark. I haven’t seen him for years now. He is on the list of people who disappeared mysteriously.
Besides being a very slow, but careful producer, he’s making fantastic melodic yet complex and tricky music. Lars also work with graphics, designing for artists such as Mew and Symptoms ( Swim artist) + designing the stickers and labels for Thomas Knaks label Hobby Industries. Lars has released two eps for Hobby, with a long promised album expected back in 2003. In 2005 Lars Bo Jandrup phoned Thomas Knak and told him that he had finally finished his album, but that was it, Thomas never received any album from Lars. Then again in 2007 the same story over again. Lars phones Thomas and tell him that he is almost finish, and then no sound…
I love his two EP’s. You can listen to them here at Hobby Industries. I’m sure you can find them on iTunes to.
I will play a concert at Statens Museum for Kunst the 12th of November with my band Ghost Society.
I composed the score music with my wife Sara Savery to a documentary movie called “Tankograd”. Sara is the second songwriter of Ghost Society. So together with the two other band members, will we do a live performance with the score music and some of our songs from our forthcoming album. The event is a part of CPH-DOX festival 2009.
