Starting a business in Denmark: where to start?

If someone who lives outside of Denmark wants to start a business in Denmark, three questions come to mind: Can it be done? What are the steps in doing it right? Is there any advice out there from individuals who have done this?

Its not a problem starting a business in denmark, You just have to decide what type of company is the right one. For people not located in denmark i can recommend the K/S because there is no company tax, only private tax connected to the founder, and to the country where you have residence. not to denmark.
